CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY
- Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

- We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Return with proof of purchase
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
- Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns
- Returns must be made within the country of purchase to a store that stocks that brand.
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 15 (days) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store
We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.
