How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For the customers in the UK, we send all our parcels using 48hours tracked shipping method by Royal Mail or you can even choose Next day delivery option by DPD that is available from Monday to Friday only. As for the EU Countries, it usually takes 3 to 5 days on standard delivery.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer various shipping methods to our customers in the UK from tracked delivery to a First Class shipping. Customer will have all the available shipping options to select during the check out process. Please do keep in mind we offer free 48 hours shipping for the customers in the UK.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. All our international parcels are managed by DHL so as long as your country is in DHL coverage area we can send you the item. As for the remaining island countries, we can calculate the freight charges invoice you before delivery.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At the moment we are offering a standard 2 to 3 days shipping and a next day shipping method by both Royal Mail & DPD to our UK customers, However, for the rest of the world we offer a priority shipping method by DHL or DPD (when applicable) which usually takes about 3 to 8 days.

Return postage is too expensive?

For customers in the UK only if in case the post office is charging you more than in £5 then you can buy a Pre-Paid return label from us for £5 and send the item back to us.
